Implementation Structure

Implementation Liaison's Name Anthony T Drapelick
Implementation Liaison's Title Director of Student Services
Implementation Liaison's Department Student Services
Format of Structure Task Force
Number of Individuals in Structure 8
Stakeholder Groups Represented Students, Staff, Alumni
Description Our task force is purposefully small in number and includes individuals who have previously been committed to waste reduction & conservation efforts on campus. Our size minimizes the frustration inherent in trying to get larger groups to meet, and creates subtle pressure for each member to engage fully in the group's efforts. Although our task force has a narrow group of stakeholders, our insititutional community is small enough such that members are visible and respected for their participation.
